Jenny Bird and Michael Mandrell are veteran performers and recording artists who have cranked out exceptional music for years in their solo careers as well as making some really tasty music together.

Michael Mandrell’s hybrid guitar style reveals a guitarist of eclectic sensibilities and delicate technique. His music circles the globe in imagistic compositions.

Jack Wilson handles electric bass and double bass, Dan Irion takes care of mandolin, James Rann juggles acoustic and electric guitar along with dobro. Berry is on guitar, percussion and lead vocals. Since the release they have added a new member, Kirry Nelson, who adds backing vocals. Brent Berry & Honest Abe makes you feel good with light, strong, up tempo materials penned mostly by Brent. There are many influences that can be traced through Brent Berry's music. Most of all, Brent Berry & Honest Abe are a very enjoyable act for all of us.
